How soon can I expect my order?

Serious Stuff endeavour to dispatch our orders within 2-3 working days. Please note that personalised items will take an additional 5-10 working days to be delivered. If you require your items urgently, please call us on 020 8876 7668  and our Staff will be happy to help.

For the ‘Local Pickup’ Delivery option, you will recieve an Order Completion e-mail indicating your goods are now available to collect from our Office in Mortlake. The address can be found on the Contact Us page. Please bring your Order confirmation e-mail with you as confirmation of purchase when collecting. Please note that the Office operates similar hours to the shop and as such orders will not be available for collection on weekends or bank holidays.

Which carrier will deliver my order?

Serious Stuff uses Parcel Force Courier Service. Your consignment can be tracked here.

Can I request delivery to an address outside of the UK?

Overseas delivery requests are handled on an individual basis to ensure you are not overcharged. For international orders please e-mail shop@serious-stuff.com with your request and we will get back to you ASAP.

I want to talk to someone at Serious Stuff with regards to supplying my school/club/company with a range of team-wear. Is there someone I can talk to about this?

Why is the company called Serious Stuff

The company is called Serious Stuff because that is what the founders wanted – a serious product for sport to be enjoyed and taken seriously, at all levels.
